Updating Procedures on policy.richland.edu

Authorized users have access to update existing procedures on the policy & procedure website.  To update an existing procedure, perform the following steps:

1) Navigate to https://policy.richland.edu   Click the user icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen & select Microsoft 365 Azure to log in with your single-sign-on credentials.

2) Under the Administrative Procedures on the left-hand side of the screen, select the procedure that you want to edit.

3) In the upper right-hand corner, click on Page Actions...Edit

4) Modify the procedure as needed.  When you are finished, click on the Save button in the upper right-hand corner to save your changes.


Please note: The modification history is available to users who are logged in to the system; it is not available to anonymous viewers.
