Sharing your remote work schedule via Outlook

Employees who participate in the college's flexible work program (i.e. remote work days) are asked to share their remote work schedule with other employees via Microsoft Outlook.  This allows other employees to efficiently schedule in-person meetings, and aides in locating employees to respond to ad-hoc requests.

To post your remote work schedule, create an appointment on your Outlook calendar; set it to be an all-day appointment, and set the Free/Busy type to: Working elsewhere.  Then, click on the Make recurring link & schedule this appointment to run for the duration of your flexible work plan.



After saving your appointment, other employees will be able to view your in-person availability via the Outlook Scheduling Assistant, as shown below:
